Sinopsis

An old empty house. The guard who takes care of it. The priest of the town. Spaces, sounds,  lights and shadows. Time goes by and the memories are shown in its walls and in the most hidden nooks.

CAHIERS DU CINÉMA, France
Joachim Lepastier. March 2011

EYE FOR FILM, London
Amber Wilkinson
What is interesting about the film, though -aside from some very beautiful framing and cinematography (for which it was awarded a prize)- is its mixture of this incredibly naturalistic snapshot with much more avant garde techniques.

TIME OUT LONDON
Geoff Andrew, October 2011
A calm, measured, visually very beautiful blend of documentary, fiction and archive footage from Spaniard, José María de Orbe. […] Experimental but very accessible and humane, and quietly affecting.
